Incredible Internet Channel improvement incoming

GoNintendo reports that the Wii version of the Opera browser is due for an update.

The new Internet Channel will feature a new set of buttons, a gimmicky-sounding “tabbed browsing cube,” compatibility with Wii Speak (why?), and checking Wii messages from a built-in message client. No word on if it will feature a new version of Flash that would work with the Hulu, but I’m going to assume no. All in all, a pretty lame-sounding update. Free if you already own it, 500 Nintendollars if you don’t.
