New Wii Game “KORE” Mercifully Promises Only Three Minigames

by Adam Robinson on

SnapDragon Games, makers of such classics like Chicken Attack DS, have announced KORE, an action platformer with “Innovative gameplay ‘Designed for Wii'”. What can you expect from this title? Well, “With three zany, kooky crackpots sharing a cybernetic K.O.R.E suit, insane action is guaranteed.” Shit, man. Zany, kooky, insane? This game is going to blow your mind! And being made by a German development company, I’m fully expecting someone to take a zany, kooky defecation on another character’s chest. For the full press release and a screen shot that actually makes the game look pretty cool (like, really, really cool, as a matter of fact), delve further into das madness. Or whatever the German word for crazy is (verruckt? I even took that class in college. Thanks, American Educattion System!).

First, the press release:

“With three zany, kooky crackpots sharing a cybernetic K.O.R.E suit, insane action is guaranteed. After all, the suit enhances the wearer’s abilities beyond imagination. Pixie becomes a pro at climbing, Madboy gains an iron fist, and the dog Rex develops astonishing senses of hearing and smell.

And these super powers they will desperately need as they jump, run and fight their way through the wonderful, whimsical world of “KORE”. Your job is to cleverly utilize their different abilities to free the kooky inventor Dr. Samuelsen from the evil Krank Brothers who are attacking from the center of the Earth.

Explore a vast game universe packed with action, puzzles and countless surprises. Meet strange characters and even stranger creatures as you unravel the game’s off-the-wall storyline. Become the leader of a wacked-out team three times more demented, three times weirder, and three times stronger than one hero alone!

Features:

– 6 graphically distinct worlds

– Dozens of different enemies and challenging boss fights

– 3 unlockable minigames

– Hollywood quality in-game movies and voice acting

– Innovative gameplay „Designed for Wii”

– Hilarious story and characters

– Unique art style

– Highly original and imaginative.”

And the shot, which looks pretty good so far:
